Is it different from other fitness programs?

I found that it is different, mainly because it cares about maintaining youthfulness, not just body shape, and that’s by avoiding overly oxidizing the cells in lengthy exercises. That’s why you don’t have to exercise more than 90 minutes a week using this program. It also enables you to choose the body type that you desire to have, with a complete plan to achieve it.

F4X

F4X is the workout system used in Old School New Body. it’s an abbreviation of “Focus 4 Exercise Protocol”. It requires you to work out just for 90 minutes per week. It takes into account the needs of men and women after 35 years of age, such as not causing joint stress and slowing the aging process, but if you’re in your 20s or early 30s it will work just as well for you, and even better, due to your naturally elevated hormones.

Three phases of F4X protocol:

1- Phase 1 F4X lean

Here you will take your first step, which is getting rid of the excess weight. It contains both exercises and a meal plan, with little variations to suit your body.

You can stop at this point, after you get rid of the excess fat, and have the toned muscles you desire. It depends on your goals to stop here or continue to the next phases, but if you stop here you should keep using F4X MAINTAIN to keep your body fit and healthy.

2- Phase 2 F4X Shape

Here you will gain more muscle, just a little bit of it to add on your frame, to give you a more sculptured body. If you’re a man, it will give you a male fashion model body, and if you’re a woman, you will get a figure competitor one. You will achieve this by making little changes to your lifting style and nutrition plan that you started in the first phase.

3- Phase 3 F4X Build

This phase is more suitable for you if you’re a man than it is if you’re a woman, that’s because it will give you an even more sculptured body, a kind of a fitness model one. Again, the same essential exercises and nutrition plan will be applied, with little modifications to it.try_the_old_school_dietComponents:

5 Key Principles to Slow Aging Process

The author of Old School New Body presents five advices to looking 10 years younger. These advices are:

1: Forget About low fat diets

You may have heard many times that you should avoid fat or cholesterol, well, this isn’t accurate, since new research is constantly proving how important it is to eat enough dietary fat each and every day. Actually there are many discovered benefits of fats, such as building healthy cells, helping the body use vitamins, regulating the production of sex hormones, and increasing testosterone levels. But there are many sorts of fat, some of them are beneficial and some are harmful, some boost heart health and some do the opposite, some increase testosterone production and some decrease it, so you should have a nutrition plan to help you determine which is better for your health, and this is one of the things this program offers.

2: No More Exhaustive Cardios

It’s been scientifically proven that working out or doing cardios for extended periods of time accelerates the aging process, by increasing the free radicals in the blood. But there is an alternate way to gain the same health benefits of cardios without accelerating aging process, and it takes about 1/4 the time of traditional workout, and it’s what Old School New Body presents.

3: Be a positive thinker!

To do so you should surround yourself with positive thinkers who crave challenges, not with people who keep complaining all the time about how they are growing old and getting all those pains.. That’s important to make you always motivated.

4: Avoid Chronic Dehydration

How is water correlated to weight loss? Water helps keeping your kidneys healthy, by this your liver “which is the main fat burning organ” can do its job, without having to care about removing all the toxins from your body.

5: Work Out Less

The benefit of your workout is not determined by its length, you can get better results with much less time.

How much does this program cost?

It costs regularly $ 50, but now they have a 60% sale, so you can get it with all the bonuses just for $ 20

Cons:

  • Doesn’t include video tutorials

Will it work for me?

If you’re in your twenties or thirties, old school principals will work just as well for you; in fact it would work better for you due to your naturally elevated hormone levels. It will be a good idea to start using a fitness program that you will be able to use effectively even after you’re over 60 years of age. If you’re in your forties, you will find that you age much slower due to this program. If you’re in your fifties, muscle loss starts to speed up, and the only way to stop that is by doing resistance training, and this is what this program provides. If you’re in your sixties, you need to keep your body shape with a safe method. F4X protocol is made to be totally safe for men and women over 60. It’s up to you now!

  • I’ve been looking for a new way to diet and train. I’m only in my mid-30s, but due to high risk of heart disease and various other health issues, my wife is wanting me to start getting healthier. And this sounds like a plan I can definitely get into. And who knows, maybe she’ll want to join in, though her metabolism rate is fine and she has no worries. But I would like to find something I can learn to do now and continue on when I’m older.

  • I can definitely vouch for this, it IS hard work! But it is also worth every drop of sweat you make. I’ve been doing this for a while now and I look a lot better, feel a lot better and I have way more energy than those the same age as me…I can definitely see myself continuing this program for years, as the results are phenomenal! 90 minute a week will get you results, as opposed to working out every single day for a couple of hours….who has the time for that? Five stars from me for this miracle.
